Crafting A Vision Statement

I, Risako, living at my highest and the best, am having responsibility, have the ability to adapt, understanding others and kind. This is so that when I have things to do by teamwork, I have always thought to be careful of these four things. I have an experience of taking leadership this autumn. I went to Kyoto for three days with my teammates of OFF-SIDES. This was my first experience of leadership. Through this experience, I thought thinking about others, what they really want to do and so that everyone can say their own opinion and to see if all of them really agree to the consequence which have been discussed. Also, I thought it is necessary to make a conclusion by understanding the reality and have the ability to adapt with the changing things. Through these things: discussing, making a conclusion, understanding the reality, responsibility is significant. To be trusted by others, you have to have responsibility to what you do and to you decisions.

At the end of every day I wish to feel that I have been...
kind and equal to everyone with my friends and my teammates and adapting well to any situations

Someday I hope to have...
confidence and courage to make new decisions 

When I die I wish to be remembered as a good...   
leader trusted by teammates and having responsibility.
